Good dental health for children

The following steps will help your child be part of the cavity-free generation:

  • Beware of frequent between meal snacks
  • Brush effectively twice a day for two minutes with a fluoridated toothpaste
  • Floss once a day
  • Seek regular dental examinations and cleanings
  • Have sealants applied when appropriate
  • Assure proper fluoride through drinking water, fluoride products or fluoride supplements
