Looking for a fun and unique way to treat children, the concept of Kid’s Dentistree was brought to life. Serving patients for over 10 years, we love watching our patients grow up and when they come back to visit! We are located on Evergreen Road across from the Middletown Post Office.

New patients can now schedule online! Schedule a new patient exam, routine cleaning or emergency appointment through our online scheduling portal or by calling the practice directly. If you have a dental emergency and do not see an appointment available when you need it, please call (502) 410-1710 to speak with a team member. Please note that any patient portion of payment is due at the time of service.
