Dr. Madison Little attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health. In 2026, she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Lincoln Memorial University College of Dental Medicine. Affectionately known as Dr. Madi to her patients and team, she maintains active membership with the American Association of Women Dentists and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Madi is deeply passionate about pediatric care, preventive dentistry, and empowering families through oral health education. She thrives on turning dental visits into fun, positive experiences where young patients feel comfortable and confident from their very first visit. Whether she is sharing tips for cavity prevention and healthy nutrition habits, or providing gentle comprehensive care, Dr. Madi loves helping children build a lifetime of healthy smiles.

Her biggest inspiration to pursue dentistry is her mother, who was a general dentist. Growing up with a dentist as a mom gave Dr. Madi an early appreciation for the profession and allowed her to see firsthand the meaningful relationships dentists build with their patients and families. Her sister, Dr. Lauren Taylor Little, also inspired her through her own career as a pediatric dentist. Following in her mother’s footsteps while practicing alongside her sister makes her dental career truly special.

Outside the office, Dr. Madi enjoys staying active with Pilates, trying out new recipes, doing needlepoint, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her mini Goldendoodle, Harper. Although she is a huge fan of sour candy, she strictly enforces her own daily brushing and flossing routine to keep cavity-free!
