Dr. Elizabeth Standish grew up near Galveston, Texas. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Following graduation, she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. She then worked as a general dentist in the Dallas/Fort Worth area but quickly realized her passion lies in working with children and individuals with special needs. In 2018, she went back to school to complete a two-year pediatric dentistry residency and obtained her Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) at Indiana University School of Dentistry and Riley Hospital for Children.

Dr. Elizabeth states, “I love so many things about being a pediatric dentist. I love that I have the opportunity to build relationships with families and see my patients grow into wonderful adults. Some of my most rewarding moments are watching the anxious and wiggly child transform into a happy and smiling kiddo with just a little bit of TLC. It is such a rewarding experience to help children become empowered in the healthcare setting.”

Dr. Elizabeth is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and the Indiana Society of Pediatric Dentistry. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her growing family, hiking, and playing with her dog, Iroh.
